Order Policy & Shipping Information

We only sell wholesale
• Our order minimum is 8 euros per item #
• Total order should exceed 50 euros to qualify as a wholesale costumer
• Volume buyers receive up to 50% discount
• We accept payments by paypal, bank transfer or cash in case you come to pick up the stones in the warehouse in Amsterdam

Return policy
• Returns are accepted only within 10 days with prior approval of Studio Ronja
• Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
• Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
• All returns must include a copy of the original receipt.
• There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns.

• Email us or use the Contact Us page to submit your order
• Within 24 hours, we will send you a copy of the proforma invoice including shipping charges.

Shipping
• Shipping charges will be added to your order.
• All orders are shipped with UPS, transit time is 5 working days to most places in the world.
